Vitor “Kiko” Marinho comes to Portugal with her mother who raised him alone, when he was 17 years old.
In 2007 he starts training Jiu Jitsu at Portugal Gold Team, and at 2012 started Mix Martial Arts.
At November 2014 he decide to quit a important job at Hospital St.Maria in Lisbon to devote 100% to MMA and Jiu Jitsu. Since that time he lives for and from the fights but also the class’s he teach.
At the moment he has black “belt” Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and owns the title of Bantamweight Champion(61.2Kg) on Poland and is one of the biggest promises of the Iberian Peninsula.
He pratises at least 3 times a day and a week before the competitions he need to loose 10 Kg to compete on his category. It’s quite normal in this sport, and this is exactly the most difficult part and extremely aggressive for the athlete.
